The Prime minister met today with the European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society, Mrs. Mariya Gabriel.
During their meeting the Prime Minister and the Commissioner discussed matters of digital policy, for the benefits of upgrading the competence of public services, the stakeholders in society and economy through new technologies, as well as the progress happening in Greece in reference to this field, with the assistance of Europe.
Mentioning the main character of the new technologies the Prime minister stated: “Today we are living the new revolution, the one of technology, our logic, the logic of Fair Development is timelier than ever. Equal access to the tools of the new age, for all the citizens, nationwide, is a matter of Democracy. We bring tomorrow, for everyone, today.”
