Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras, had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who expressed Turkey’s support for the Greek people during these difficult times and he expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the devastating fires.
The Prime Minister thanked the Turkish President for the messages that Turkey has sent on all levels, as well as for its readiness to assist with firefighting aircraft from the beginning.
