Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met at Maximos Mansion with the President of the European People’s Party and Chairman of the EPP Group in the European Parliament Manfred Weber, who is visiting Greece in order to participate in an event co-organised by the New Democracy party and the European People’s Party.
During the meeting, they discussed the EPP’s strategy ahead of the European elections and important issues concerning the future of the European Union and the challenges it faces. They also addressed migration flows and the new Asylum and Migration Pact, as well as the latest developments in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip.
The meeting was attended by Serres MP and New Democracy Secretary of International Relations and the EU Tasos Hatzivasiliou and the Director of the Prime Minister’s Diplomatic Office Anna-Maria Boura.
