Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with the President of Panama José Raúl Mulino on the sidelines of the 79th UN General Assembly.
During the meeting, the priorities of the two countries during their tenure as non-permanent members of the UN Security Council for the 2025-26 term were discussed.
They also expressed the will to strengthen bilateral relations, which is also marked by the opening of a Greek embassy in Panama since last December.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis also met with the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
During the meeting, the excellent level of bilateral relations and Greece’s support for the strengthening of Armenia-EU relations were confirmed.
